Complying Development Certificates
Complying Development is a fast track approval system for straight-forward developments, encompassing a planning and construction approval all in one. CoCert can approve without the need to make application to your Local Council.
Construction Certificates
CoCert can be engaged to provide you with your Construction Certificate, ensuring that you comply with the requirements of the Development Consent Conditions and the Building Code of Australia.
Certifying Authority & Critical Stage Inspections
During your build, you will need to engage a Certifying Authority to conduct the Mandatory Critical Stage Inspections throughout the building process.
