Swimming Pool Fence Certification

CoCert offers Swimming Pool Fence Compliance Certification on your Pool Fence if you are buying, selling or leasing your property, in accordance with the legislation in NSW.

When you require a Swimming Pool Fence Compliance Certificate, the following steps are to be taken to for the issue of the Compliance Certificate:

1. Contact CoCert for a Fee Proposal
2. Ensure your Swimming Pool is registered with NSW Swimming Pool registration.
3. On Acceptance of the Fee Proposal, and submission of the application form, we will arrange a suitable time for the inspection to be undertaken and CoCert will provide an inspection report detailing any non-compliances.
4. Where the Pool Fence is compliant, CoCert will issue the Swimming Pool Fence Compliance Certificate for your use as required.
5. Where there are non-compliances, you will need to rectify in accordance with the inspection report, and contact CoCert for reinspection.
6. After all matters are rectified, CoCert will issue the Swimming Pool Fence Compliance Certificate for your use as required.
